The USB rechargeable electric toothbrush comprises a main casing having open upper and lower parts in a hollow structure and equipped with a rechargeable battery, an oscillation means, and a control means for controlling the rechargeable battery and the oscillation means； an electric toothbrush member having a lower end coupled to the main casing； a charging means which has a charging body provided on the lower end of the main casing, a USB terminal insertion port formed on the front of the charging body, a combining groove formed on the outer circumference of the charging body, and a sealing member provided on the upper end of the charging body； a lower cover having an open upper part in a hollow structure, and having a combining protrusion formed on the outer circumference, wherein the combining protrusion is inserted into the combining groove so as to expose or shut the USB terminal insertion port of the charging means； an operation switch provided on the outer circumferential surface of the main casing and connected to the control means； a USB terminal member having a terminal casing which has open front and rear sides in a hollow structure, and a USB terminal which is embedded in the terminal casing so that the rear end is exposed, is coupled to be detached to the USB terminal insertion port and is connected to the control means； and a lighting means embedded in the main casing and controlled to flicker by the control means.
