One aspect of the present invention provides a complex capsule and a preparation method therefor, the complex capsule comprising a first dissolution part comprising: a core containing, as an active ingredient, esomeprazole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； an inner coating layer formed on the core； and a first enteric coating layer formed on the inner coating layer, and a second dissolution part comprising: a core containing, as an active ingredient, esomeprazole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； an inner coating layer formed on the core； and a second enteric coating layer formed on the inner coating layer, wherein the first enteric coating layer comprises, as a coating base, a methacrylic acid copolymer LD in an amount of 5-50 pcnt (w/w) of the core having the inner coating layer formed thereon, and the second enteric coating layer comprises, as a coating base, a 1.5:1 to 3.5:1 (w/w) mixture of a methacrylic acid copolymer S and a methacrylic acid copolymer L in an amount of 15-40 pcnt (w/w) of the core having the inner coating layer formed thereon.
