The adjusting method includes: controlling to adjust a jth cavitation coefficient according to an ith cavitation intensity value and a target cavitation intensity value, so as to calculate to obtain an (i+1)th cavitation intensity value and continuing to control to adjust a (j+1)th cavitation coefficient according to the (i+1)th cavitation intensity value and the target cavitation intensity value, so as to calculate to obtain an (i+2)th cavitation intensity value if the absolute value of a difference between the (i+1)th cavitation intensity value and the target cavitation intensity value is greater than a set threshold value, and ending the method when it is determined that the absolute value of the difference between the (i+1)th cavitation intensity value and the target cavitation intensity value is less than or equal to the set threshold value.
