PURPOSE: A cutting device is provided to be easily disassembled or assembled by streamlining a configuration based on a spiral shaft and a handle connected to a cutting member and both sides of the cutting member and to be conveniently cleaned after working. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device (1) comprises a spiral shaft (10), a cutting member (20), and a handle (30). One end of the spiral shaft is formed in a cutting edge. A cutting blade of the cutting member is formed in the longitudinal direction and one end is fixed to the other end of the spiral shaft. The handle is equipped on the other end of the cutting member.커팅체 및 커팅체 양측에 결합되는 나선축과 손잡이를 기본으로 하는 간소화된 구성만을 가지고 감자나 고구마와 같은 덩이 형태의 물건을 얇고 경사진 원반형 조각이 나선모양으로 연이어진 형태가 되도록 용이하게 가공할 수 있게 된 커팅장치의 구조가 개시된다. 이러한 커팅장치는 구성의 간소화를 통해 분해 조립이 용이해짐은 물론 작업 후 청소가 편리해지는 등 관리 편의성이 향상될 수 있게 된다.
