PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which has effects to control a weight gain and to inhibit fat accumulation by mixing and taking carnitine and a dietary fiber.
SOLUTION: The composition containing the carnitine or salts of the same and polysaccharides derived from plants, functional or diet foods, drink or forage and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting the fat accumulation containing the composition, a pharmaceutical composition for improving fatness and a pharmaceutical composition for treating a metabolic syndrome are provided. These compositions have the effects to control the weight gain and to inhibit the fat accumulation.
