The present invention relates to a novel oral herbal composition comprising therapeutically effective amount of leaves of Anthocephalus cadamba Caesalpinia crista Hydrocotyle rotundifolia Hemidesmus indicus effective against gastro-intestinal endoparasitic infections and particularly constipation caused by endoparasitic infections in a subject in need thereof. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of such composition.
