PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff internal pressure monitor capable of easily and accurately monitoring the cuff internal pressure of a medical instrument having a pilot balloon communicating with a cuff.
SOLUTION: The cuff internal pressure monitor 1 includes a housing 10 having at least one monitoring plane 2 for storing the pilot balloon 102 which communicates with the cuff 101 and which is inflated/deflated according to the increase/decrease of the internal pressure of the cuff 101. The pressure-contact surface 102b of the balloon in contact with the monitoring plane 2 becomes wider or narrower as the pilot balloon 102 housed in the housing 10 is inflated/deflated according to the increase/decrease of the internal pressure in the cuff 101, and therefore, the inner pressure can be monitored by visually recognizing the change of the pressure-contact surface 102b.
