To provide a combine harvester capable of rotating a reaping unit in normal and reverse directions while preventing the operation of a normal rotation clutch and a reverse rotation clutch both in coupled state with a simple structure from the viewpoint of the cooperation between a clutch and a clutch controller.
SOLUTION: The combine harvester includes a normal rotation clutch to transmit a normal rotation driving force to a reaping unit and a reverse rotation clutch 41 to transmit a reverse rotation driving force to the reaping unit. A normal rotation clutch controller 52 to switch the normal rotation clutch is provided separately from a reverse rotation clutch controller 54 to switch the reverse rotation clutch 41. The combine harvester is further provided with a controlling mechanism 70 to change in an action state to inhibit the switching operation to the coupled state of the reverse rotation clutch 41 when the normal rotation clutch is in the coupled state and switches to a released state to release the inhibition when the normal rotation clutch is in uncoupled state.
