PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide squalene-containing compositions which can disperse squalene in digestive tract rapidly and stably, and to provide soft capsules in which the compositions are filled up.SOLUTION: The squalene-containing composition of the present invention is a squalene-containing composition containing squalene and an emulsifying agent, the emulsifying agent containing polysorbate and (poly) propylene glycol fatty acid ester. Preferably the emulsifying agent contains further (poly) glycerin saturated fatty acid ester.
