An artificial pollination system using an unmanned air vehicle for artificial pollination according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a controller for creating event information when a target plant in need of artificial pollination is sensed； and the unmanned air vehicle for spraying a pollination liquid stored inside to the target plant on the basis of the event information. Thus, when the unmanned air vehicle approaches within a predetermined range of a pistil of the target plant, the unmanned air vehicle sprays the pollination liquid onto the pistil of the target plant, so that the unmanned air vehicle can perform artificial pollination of the pistil of the target plant. In addition, the unmanned air vehicle performs artificial pollination of the pistil of the target plant, thereby improving the efficiency of the artificial pollination work. Also, the unmanned air vehicle can spray the pollination liquid on the pistil of the target plant while flying along a flight path on the basis of GPS coordinates of the target plant prepared in plurality.
