A reduced-pressure treatment system (100) for applyingreduced pressure to a tissue site at a limited-access locationon a patient includes a reduced-pressure source (120), a treatmentmanifold (310) for placing proximate the tissue site and operable todistribute reduced pressure to the tissue site, and a sealing member(312) for placing over the tissue site and operable to form a pneumaticseal over the tissue site. The reduced-pressure treatment systemalso includes a reduced- pressure bridge (102) and a moisture-removingdevice (216) on at least portion of the reduced-pressurebridge. The reduced-pressure bridge includes a delivery manifold(212) operable to transfer the reduced pressure to the treatment manifold,an encapsulating envelope (208) at least partially enclosingthe delivery manifold and having a patient-facing side, and areduced-pressure- interface site (114) formed proximate one end ofthe reduced-pressure bridge.
