PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe that achieves high picture quality, low power consumption, and area saving which generates less heat and imposes less burden on a patient by long time diagnosis, and an ultrasonic diagnostic device using the ultrasonic probe.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic probe equipped with a probe control circuit part and a plurality of subarrays connected to the probe control circuit part, the subarrays include a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators and element circuit units connected to the ultrasonic vibrators. The element circuit units include wave transmission circuit subunits 33 for outputting a drive signal for driving the ultrasonic vibrators. The wave transmission circuit subunits include amplification circuit parts 100, delay circuit parts, and determination circuit parts. The input of the amplification circuit parts is connected to the input of the delay circuit parts and the input of the determination circuit parts.
