Disclosed is a drug delivery agent which, in a living body, can selectively deliver a medicinal agent that can detect or treat specifically a lymph node, particularly a sentinel lymph node, in which a cancer cell is likely to become metastatic or the development of minimal cancer metastasis has been observed, which can selectively and highly efficiently deliver a medicinal agent that can be used for a treatment to a primary locus of cancer or a tissue surrounding the primary locus, which is safe and less invasive, which has reduced burdens on patients, and can treat a cancerous disease with high reliability.
