The present application relates to a technique related to a personal sauna facility having, for example, a rectangular configuration, and installed by being assembled and configured of three side walls, a ceiling, and a bottom part, in order for a user to enjoy thermal sauna for personal use in the space of an internal side of a building such as the living space or the like of an apartment or house. The personal thermal sauna, to which the technique of the present application is applied, has a front part having an entrance in one side thereof, three side wall parts, a ceiling part, and a bottom part. The configuration of the bottom part and the side wall parts in the thermal sauna having a rectangular configuration forms a heating panel in which an internal panel is formed of a wood plate of a Hinoki cypress material, an insulator and a 0.1-0.5 mm thick aluminum panel are disposed between an external panel and the internal panel, a tubular pipe of a soft material with the diameter ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 cm is disposed in a parallel manner, and the internal panel of the Hinoki cypress material is coupled. The heating panel forms the bottom part or the side wall parts of the indoor thermal sauna.
