A hatching egg inspection apparatus for inspecting hatching eggs arrayed at predetermined positions, comprising: measuring means (11) configured to measure vital signs of hatching eggs arrayed at the predetermined positions, wherein the measuring means (11) comprises a plurality of light emitting means (13) disposed two-dimensionally at prescribed positions and light receiving means (18) provided in a one-to-one relationship with the light emitting means (13); an inspection part (10) whereto the measuring means (11) is mounted; transfer means (21) configured to transfer predetermined hatching egg among the hatching eggs arrayed at the predetermined positions based on the measured result after the measurement by the measuring means (11); a transfer part (20) whereto the transfer means (21) is mounted, wherein when the transfer means (21) transfers predetermined hatching egg among the hatching eggs, the measuring means (11) measures vital signs of other hatching eggs, the inspection part (10) and the transfer part (20) are disposed spaced apart by a predetermined spacing without making direct contact and are connected via vibration isolating parts (5) so as to reduce vibration from the transfer means (21) to the measuring means (11) thereby preventing vibration of the hatching eggs.
