PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple light source marker for identifying a lesion in real time only by confirming an observation image of an endoscope.

SOLUTION: The light source marker 12 includes a case 26, a pair of arms 44 having locking parts at the distal ends and connected to the case at the proximal ends, and a light emitting part 34 of a light source provided at the case and disposed between the pair of arms.
