[Problems] A tablet which comprises solid particles, especially magnesium oxide particles as the main component and has excellent shape retentivity with extremely low susceptibility to wearing and chipping. [Means for Solution] The tablet has a domed shape on each of the upper and lower horizontal surfaces of a cylindrical plate shape, wherein the domed shape on each of the upper and lower horizontal surfaces satisfies the following requirements (a), (b) and (c) in the cross-sectional shape including the center line of the cylindrical plate shape: (a) each corner has an angle of 25 to 45° , (b) each corner has a horizontal length of 0.30 to 1.0 mm, and (c) the cup has a depth of 0.6 to 1.2 mm.본 발명은 고체 입자, 특히 산화마그네슘 입자를 주성분으로서 함유하는 정제로서, 마모 손상이나 단부 이지러짐이 매우 적고 형태 유지성이 우수한 정제를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 원주 판형상의 상하 수평면에 돔형 형상을 갖는 정제로서, 그 상하 수평면에서의 돔형 형상은, 원주 판형상의 중심선의 직각 단면 형상에 있어서, 하기 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 요건: (a) 코너 각도 25∼45° (b) 코너 수평 거리 0.30∼1.0 ㎜ (c) 컵 깊이 0.6∼1.2 ㎜를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정제를 제공한다.
