The present invention relates to a high-throughput mammalian reproductive or developmental toxicity screening method, and a high-throughput mammalian reproductive or developmental toxicity screening system. A high-throughput mammalian reproductive or developmental toxicity screening method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: providing reproductive or developmental toxicity value database of C. elegans for mammalian toxicity positive control group material and negative control group material measuring reproductive or developmental toxicity values of C. elegans for test materials and comparing the measured reproductive or developmental toxicity values with database to determine if the test materials are reproductive or developmental toxicity positive materials. A high-throughput mammalian reproductive or developmental toxicity screening method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is capable of easily predicting mammalian toxicities of the test materials using C. elegans, a non-mammalian model which is low cost and is capable of promptly seeing test results.
