There has been a demand for a coating composition for use in an orally-administered preparation with improved dosing properties and / or easy-to-take formulations that do not affect dissolution. The present invention relates to a first thickener selected from the group consisting of a carboxyvinyl polymer and sodium alginate； a polyvalent metal compound； at least one second selected from the group consisting of xanthan gum, guar gum and sodium alginate.
