Disclosed are a suture anchor and a suture anchor kit having the same. The suture anchor (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical upper assembly part (110) having a first screw thread (111) formed on an outer circumferential surface, and a binding space (112) in which a lower assembly part (120) is inserted and assembled； and the lower assembly part (120) formed in a structure corresponding to the binding space (112) of the upper assembly part (110), having a driver binding part (121) formed inside, a groove (128) having a depth corresponding to the diameter of the suture (20) and formed on a longitudinal side of an outer circumferential surface thereof, a vertical binding part (123) having a suture binding hole (122) formed in a horizontal direction, and a screw thread forming part (125) extending in a predetermined length from the vertical binding part (123) towards one direction and having a screw thread forming part (125) with a second screw thread (124) formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof.
