This invention relates to a composite layered spine intervertebral reposition device implanted between two vertebras, comprising a main carrying member having an intermediate layer and an engaging layer on each surface; and multiple engaging members stably connected to those engaging layers, characterized in that the intermediate layer is made of a polymer material with an elastic modulus between 2 and 22Gpa which is near to 12 to 18Gpa of the original vertebrae, and the engaging member is made of material having excellent cytocompatibility of bone, fusion ability, and developability. Those engaging member are tightly stabilized to the engaging layer.
