PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer application device for tea plants in which fertilizer can uniformly be sprayed while being scattered under tree crowns of the tea plants.SOLUTION: A fertilizer application device comprises: a fertilizer tank 1 for receiving fertilizer p to spray on tea plants； a fertilizer delivery pipe 4 for in-pipe transfer of the fertilizer p from this lower part； a blowing fan 31 for supplying wind power to the fertilizer delivery pipe 4； and a reverse T-shaped application part 5 having bidirectional opening parts 52 opened in at least both directions continued from the lower end of a drooping part 51. The bidirectional opening parts 52 of the reverse T-shaped application part 5 are positioned downward the tree crowns of the tea plants, and also the fertilizer is brought into the in-pipe transfer by a blowing force and is sprayed in the right and left directions from a spray port of the bidirectional opening part 52.
