PURPOSE: A lighting system for multilayer culture medium is provided to cultivate crops without a lighting fixture by irradiating outside light to the culture medium.CONSTITUTION: A culture medium part(10) is installed within a cultivation greenhouse, and cultivates crops on the upper side. A light-collecting part(20) is installed in a through-hole of the medium part, and irradiates light to the medium on the lower layer. A photometry part(30) reflects side light of the cultivation greenhouse and irradiates light to the inside of the cultivation greenhouse. A lens unit collects light. The top part fixes the lens unit and is a funnel shape. A transmit unit is combined to the lower part of the top part, and transmits light to the lower part. The lower part is combined the lower part of the transmit unit and is a reversed funnel shape. A culture medium(11) cultivates crops on top, and is formed with multiple through-holes, in which the light-collecting part is installed in a penetrated manner, on one side. A fixing unit fixes the culture medium and is installed on the bottom. An irregular reflection film(12) scatters light which is reflected from the culture medium on the lower layer and cultivating crops. A coating layer is coated with a reflective material in the top part and the inner circumference of the transmit unit and the lower part.
