PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an occurrence of such a trouble that fracture such as femoral neck fracture is often fixed by a surgery using an internal fixator, however, when early ambulation is performed after the operation by the conventional methods, an overload is sometimes concentrated in the internal fixator near the femoral neck, and often causes fixation failure.SOLUTION: A cork screw-like structure fixing part is provided for fixing a proximal bone so as to provide strong fixing force for concentration of an over load to an internal fixator near the femoral neck.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】大腿骨頸部骨折等の骨折は内固定具で手術固定する場合がある。従来の方法では、術後、早期歩行を行う場合、大腿骨骨頭付近の内固定具に過重が集中しすぎ、痛みや固定の破たんが発生することがある。この不具合の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】近位骨の固定にコルクスクリュー様構造固定部を設けることにより、大腿骨骨頭付近の内固定部への過重の集中に対し強い固定力を与える。【選択図】図４
