The present invention provides an accurate, uniform, and simple injecting method for a small amount of a reagent which helps separate blood easily or induce rapid coagulation into a test tube. To achieve the objective of the present invention, a capillary tube principle is applied to a pipe with a uniform inner diameter so that the pipe is inserted into the reagent to enable the reagent to flow into the pipe, and the reagent remains inside the pipe due to surface tension.
