PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical member used in a method of filtering a body fluid containing cancer cells such as Cell-free and Concentrated Ascites Reinfusion Therapy (CART) so as to selectively remove cancer cells and effectively prevent clogging of a filtration filter while leaving useful protein in a protein solution (a body fluid before processing).SOLUTION: A medical member comprises: a body containing polyvinylchloride and a coating containing a polymeric material having a structure represented by general formula (1) disposed on at least a portion of a surface of the body.
