PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component unit for a hip prosthesis, the sleeves of which, even when a stem taper part has been damaged, can be fixed to the stem taper part more securely regardless of the state of the damage.SOLUTION: A component unit for a hip prosthesis 10 is provided with a plurality of sleeves 11 (111-114). A sleeve is alternatively disposed between a ceramic femoral head ball, which slides on an inner hemispherical shell member made of a synthetic resin which is disposed on the acetabular cartridge of a pelvis, and a stem taper part of a stem which is fixed in a femur. Each sleeve includes an outer part 21 including a connection part 23 connected to the ceramic femoral head ball and an inner part 22 disposed so as to be surrounded by the outer part. The inner part includes an insertion hole part 24 for forming an insertion hole into which the stem taper part of the stem is inserted and a support part 25 supported by the stem taper part. The shapes of the connection parts of sleeves are identical to one another, and the shapes of the inner parts of sleeves are different from one another.
