PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart practical disinfecting power to higher fatty acid salt to be used as a detergent.SOLUTION: This disinfectant detergent comprises an aqueous solution including a sodium salt or potassium salt of a 12-18C higher fatty acid and at least one inorganic alkali metal salt from among an inorganic sodium salt, inorganic potassium salt and inorganic lithium salt. Usually the inorganic alkali metal salt is one selected from the group consisting of a chloride, carbonate, hydrogen carbonate, hydroxide, nitrate and sulfate.
