The cleansing composition comprises: (a) about 3-20 wt% of an amphoteric surfactant based on the total weight of the composition and (b) an alkyl glucoside surfactant. A ratio of the alkyl glucoside surfactant to the amphoteric surfactant is 1:1 or more.
