PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a localization method of an affirmative answer region and a negative answer region of the cerebral cortex.SOLUTION: This localization method of the affirmative answer region and the negative answer region of the cerebral cortex is a method for accurately localizing the affirmative answer region and the negative answer region of the cerebral cortex of a subject, and includes steps of: (A) providing a detection device capable of detecting a brain blood flow immediate change (B) constructing one detection array comprising a plurality of detection points in a detection region of the head of the subject by use of the detection device to monitor the brain blood flow immediate change in the detection region, wherein the detection region nearly corresponds to the affirmative region and the negative region of the cerebral cortex (C) setting the subject a problem, and making the subject slightly answer only "yes" and "no" and (D) deciding accurate positions of the affirmative answer region and the negative answer region of the cerebral cortex of the subject based on active areas corresponding to the brain blood flow immediate change in the detection region, within a prescribed time after the subject answers the problem.本發明揭露一種定位大腦皮層「肯定回答區」及「否定回答區」之方法,係用於準確定位一待測者之大腦皮層之肯定回答區及否定回答區,其步驟包括:(A)提供一可檢測腦血流量即時變化之檢測裝置;(B)利用檢測裝置在待測者頭部之一待測區域內建立一個由複數個檢測點構成的檢測陣列,以監視待測區域內之腦血流量即時變化,其中待測區域係大約地對應於大腦皮層之肯定回答區或否定回答區;(C)對待測者提問一問題,且限制待測者僅能回答「是」或「否」;(D)根據待測者在回答該問題後一預定時間內,其待測區域內之腦血流量即時變化所對應之活躍區域,進一步判定待測者之大腦皮層之肯定回答區或否定回答區之準確位置。
