PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mammographic stereotactic device which can select an optimal measurement position for detection of a radiation dose even when a breast of a subject is stereo-photographed as a biopsy needle, a holder thereof, a small size pressure plate for spot photography, or the like are arranged between a radioactive source and a radiation detector.SOLUTION: A mammography apparatus 20 includes a measurement position selecting section 80 for selecting at least one radiation dose measurement position among a plurality of measurement positions on a detection surface of a solid detector 60 and a radioactive source control section 76 for controlling the radiation dose exposed from the radiation source 30 based on the dose of radiation Xray detected by the solid detector 60 at the selected at least one radiation dose measurement position.
