Provided is a fundus photographing device capable of alignment and focusing even if a dedicated optical system for projecting a mark for alignment and focusing is not provided. A fundus photographing device of an embodiment comprises a scanning optical system, a control circuit unit, and an image construction unit. The optical scanning system scans the fundus of an eye to be examined with light from a light source unit and receives return light from the fundus by a light reception unit. The control circuit unit controls the scanning optical system such that the scanning trajectory of the light is formed on the fundus. The image construction unit constructs an image of the fundus on the basis of a light reception signal from the light reception unit and a scanning trajectory position. The control circuit unit can operate in an alignment mode in which the control circuit unit controls the scanning optical system such that an alignment mark for aligning the optical scanning system with the eye to be examined is projected onto the fundus on the basis of the light from the light source unit.Cette invention concerne un dispositif de photographie du fond dœil capable dalignement et de mise au point même si un système optique dédié projetant un repère dalignement et de mise au point nest pas fourni.
