The cap body 110 has a shape corresponding to a human head. An electrode 120 is disposed in each of the middle right block A3, the middle left block A7, the right rear block A4, the left rear block A8, the first right front block A1, the second right front block A2, the first left front block A5, and the second left front block A6. The power lines are connected to the computer and the electrodes 120 and cause the electrodes 120 to discharge current.
