An implantable cable, comprising: a cable body having a distal end, a proximal end and a longitudinal length； a plurality of electrodes disposed at the distal end of the cable body； a plurality of terminals arranged at the proximal end of the cable body； a plurality of conductors arranged in the cable body, each conductor electrically couples at least one of the electrodes to at least one of the terminals； and a conductor carrier element extending along at least a part of the longitudinal length of the cable body, the conductor carrier element presenting an external diameter and defining a plurality of conductor interior diameters, in which at least one of the plurality of conductors extends along at least a part of the longitudinal length of the cable body within one of the conductor interior diameters； an isodiametric outer layer of the cable body arranged on the conductor carrier element, and having an external diameter； wherein at least one of the electrodes or at least one of the terminals comprises a multi-element contact assembly, the multi-element contact assembly comprising at least one conductive internal element, wherein the at least one internal element has a diameter, and at least one conductive external element having an external diameter and arranged on the internal element； wherein at least one of the plurality of conductors is electrically coupled to one of the multi-element contact assemblies such that the conductor is positioned against the at least one internal element, and wherein the at least one external element comprises a region that is in contact with the at least one internal element； wherein the diameter of the at least one inner member is equal to the outer diameter of the conductor-carrying member, and wherein the outer diameter of the at least one outer member is equal to the outer diameter of the isodymetric outer layer of the cable body.Un cable implantable, que comprende: un cuerpo de cable que presenta un extremo distal, un extremo
