Disclosed herein are un symmetrical pyrrolobenzodiazepine compounds for formula I, wherein the substituents are as defined within the specification, processes for their preparation, compositions comprising said compounds and uses thereof. Said compounds are useful in the treatment of a proliferative disease. Particularly preferred is the compound (S)-2-(4-aminophenyl)-7-methoxy-8-(3-((S)-7-methoxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-oxo-5,11a-dihydro-1 H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepine-8-yloxy)propoxy)-1H-pyrorolo[2,1-c][1 ,4]benzodiazepine-5(11a H)one.
