PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correlate a plot corresponding to a track correctly and renew the track continuously in the event of an incorrect position due to an influence of a multi-pass on the plot.SOLUTION: The system includes a signal processor 10 and a target tracker 11. The target tracker 11 determines the status of response to a multi-pass when target object detection information is within a region influenced by the multi-pass, and gives an observation error of different values when the target object detection information is outside the region influenced by the multi-pass, when the target object detection information is within the region influenced by the multi-pass and the response to the multi-pass is completed, and when the target object detection information is within the region influenced by the multi-pass and the response to the multi-pass is not completed.
