An optimized coding method and system for enhancing the tone perception of a cochlear implant: on each channel electrode, performing frequency position mapping coding and time-optimized coding on tone information in a sound signal, wherein frequency position mapping coding is performed on each subharmonic frequency in the tone information to obtain an electrode channel frequency corresponding to the tone information; using a base frequency period in the tone information as a "time window" to perform time-optimized coding on a moment at which each electrode channel signal appears, which is to say that moments of stimulation of harmonic amplitude signals corresponding to channels following frequency position mapping are calculated, and the calculated moment of stimulation at which each channel may appear and the minimum stimulation interval in which an auditory neuron may respond are "aligned nearby" in time sequence to obtain moments of stimulation of various electrodes. The optimized coding method combines auditory position coding and time coding to more accurately transmit tone characteristics of sound, is consistent with response characteristics of auditory nerves of the human ear, and may enhance the perception of voice tone and music melody by a cochlear implant.L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de codage optimisés pour améliorer la perception de tonalité d'un implant cochléaire, consistant à : sur chaque électrode de canal, effectuer un codage de mappage de position de fréquence et un codage optimisé dans le temps sur des informations de tonalité dans un signal sonore, un codage de mappage de position de fréquence étant effectué sur chaque fréquence sous-harmonique dans les informations de tonalité de manière à obtenir une fréquence de canal d'électrode correspondant aux informations de tonalité ; utiliser une période de fréquence de base dans les informations de tonalité en tant que "fenêtre temporelle" pour effectuer un codage optimisé dans le tem
