This invention related to a novel synergistic polyherbal composition comprises of powder or extract of rhizome of Acorus calamus, bark of Albizia lebbeck, fruit of Benincasa hispida, seed of Carthamus tinctorius, aerial part of Euphorbia tirucalli, fruit of Punica granatum, nut of Semecarpus anacardium and leaves of Vitex negundo.
