PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds that regulate the function of an inflammasome and are useful for treating diseases and conditions associated with an inflammasome.SOLUTION: By synthesizing NLRP3 classified into NOD-like receptors (NLRs) with a signaling molecule apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC) by wheat cell-free protein synthesis technology, and by combining with amplified luminescent proximity homogeneous assay, in vitro cell-free NLRP3 inflammasome reconstitution system has been constituted.
