More specifically, the semi-rigid base, bed, raised shapes, walls, and protruding sections can be formed from a single thermoformed elastomeric part, and the cushioned shapes can be made of closed cell foam. The dog kennel mat may be approximately rectangular in shape, having two long walls and two short walls, wherein one of the short walls can have an arched cutout.
