PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chamber container for medical treatment having a liquid formulation compartment and a pharmacological agent compartment being liquid-tightly combined to the medicine formulation compartment wherein deformation, transparency deterioration such as whitening, and blocking between internal layers do not occur even after sterilization at 121°C or higher, weak welding property is good, and communication is easy, and which is excellent in water-vapor barrier property and impact resistance as well.SOLUTION: For this multi-chamber container for medical treatment, the liquid formulation compartment is formed of a multi-layer film having at least three layers of an external layer which is formed of an ethylene-based polymer, an internal layer which is formed of a propylene-based copolymer, and an intermediate layer which is located between those layers. The propylene-based copolymer is a polymer composition which is prepared with propylene and ethylene as the major components.
