PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farm implement which hardly lose its weight balance, when being mounted on a lightweight and small traveling machine.SOLUTION: The farm implement 1 includes: a front frame 13 having a mounting portion 10 to be mounted on a traveling machine 100 a plurality of link members 41, 42 swingably connected to the front frame 13 a rear frame 45 connected to the movement end side of each link member 41, 42 and a transmission frame 51 rotatably connected to a rotation shaft 53 projected from the rear frame 45 and supporting a working portion 50. The transmission frame 51 can freely rotates between a forward-moving work position and a rearward-moving work position.
