The anchoring device (1) is designed to be fixed to the post (5) by a securing element (6) and to immobilise a fixed wire (51) and to retain, in a releasable manner, a lifting wire (52). The device is produced in the form of an elongated plate, with a central flat section, which fits to the post, a lower section (30), which forms a closed loop (32) with the post surface and an upper section (40), which is open upwards to allow the lifting wire to be fitted into the open loop (41).
