Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a composite sheet having elasticity, wherein nip regions, for conveying a first continuous sheet between rotating rolls while sandwiching thereof, are arrayed and set along a conveying direction of the first continuous sheet, and a sheet, wherein elasticity is expressed in the conveyance direction by being elongated in the conveyance direction, is passed through the nip regions as the first continuous sheet. The method has a step of, while conveying a first continuous sheet either before or after expression of elasticity from a first nip region to a second nip region, elongating the first continuous sheet in the conveying direction a step of intermittently forming apertures in the conveyance direction upon the first continuous sheet in the state of having been elongated in the elongation step while conveying the first continuous sheet from the second nip region to the third nip region and a step of, in the third nip region, stacking a second continuous sheet of lower elasticity than the first continuous sheet onto the first continuous sheet.
