The physiological signal wireless transmission system comprises an implantable sensing device, and a power relay device wirelessly connected to the implantable sensing device. The implantable sensing device comprises a sensing module including at least one sensor, a data transmission module coupled to the sensing module, and a power receiving module coupled to the sensing module and the data transmission module.
