The present invention provides a tip for an endoscope assembly that includes a fluid dispensing device that circulates fluid for cleaning a body cavity. In one embodiment, the tip includes a groove aligned with a side ejection channel that passes through the periphery of the tip cover that covers the tip portion, and the plurality of holes drilled in the groove includes the circulation fluid. The outlet is provided by a lateral ejection channel that exists in all directions around the tip cover. In another embodiment, the tip portion comprises a removable accessory that covers the ejection channel opening. The plurality of holes drilled through the cover provide outlets for the plurality of spouts of the circulating fluid by spout channels present in a plurality of directions around the tip cover.
