A device (1) for the percutaneous treatment of functional tricuspid regurgitation comprises at least two anchoring members (2), each anchoring member (2) being configured to be fixed to the tricuspid valve tissue. A pull wire (3) is configured to be positioned between two or more anchoring members (2) to apply a pulling force thereto, which can draw them towards each other. A self-locking tightening device (4) is adapted to be associated with two end portions (31, 32) of the pull wire (3) and is configured to allow the two end portions (31, 32) to slide relative to each other in a direction for moving the two anchoring members (2) towards each other and to prevent the two end portions (31, 32) from sliding relative to each other in a direction for moving the two anchoring members (2) away from each other.
