A dental prosthesis foundation (F) capable of being finished or adjusted orrepaired and which may be adjusted to variable jaw ridge (R) sizes, and formedwith self-curing hardened resins. The foundation (F) supports prosthetic teethand is permanently but removably secured to the jaw by implants (18, 94)embedded in hard dental tissue, such as tooth stubs or bones. The dentures canbe readily repaired or adjusted for changes in the jaw of the patient, bychairside techniques available to dentists. The foundation (F) can also beadjusted to changes in size and shape of ridges (R) in the jawbones for morecomfortable use of the dentures secured on such prostheses.
