A dynamic stabilizing device for vertebra is mainly utilized for a patient having pains in vertebras. The present invention is mainly composed of two bone fixing elements and a dynamic elastic member, in which the two bone fixing elements are respectively fixed at root parts of a vertebral arch of the vertebra, and the two bone fixing elements are further connected by utilizing the dynamic elastic member. Thereby, normal physiological height between segments of the vertebra can be maintained, and when the patient makes a bending movement, such as leaning forward, backward, etc., the vertebra can make a moderate bending through the assisting of the dynamic elastic member so as to effectively maintain dynamic stability of the vertebras of the patient in normal state.
