In one example, we describe an apparatus for heart surgery that enables the surgeon do the attachment for torn tissue or connector for the bottom end, located inside the heart, from left atrium, with ease. Thus, it reduces the problem drastically, with lower risk and lower failure rate. Different variations are shown here, with various examples. This is a very valuable tool for the heart surgeons. The light and camera are optional features for the surgeons installer tool.
